The location is good and they have parking on-site. It's in a lovely building in the nice area.

The room felt cozy with nice William Morris curtains and print. Bathroom had both bath and shower. Staff was friendly and gave us breakfast items. Easy parking nearby. Room was spacious and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

The double room we were allocated in was beautiful.

I stayed here 2 nights and loved it. I had well-appointed and perfectly clean room here with mini fridge, mini fridge for milk, for example. The staff was very welcoming and super friendly and catered to my every need.

All in all, it was wonderful base for travelling to Cardiff. We were given a deluxe queen room with mini fridge for milk and mini fridge. The location was great for exploring Cardiff. Furthermore, the area was nice enough...

We had to park at a rowing club and walk to the hotel, only to find the doors locked upon arrival. The staff was not very welcoming and informed us that parking was only available at our own risk.
